From time to time we may discount items. If you have placed an order, we are not able to either cancel your order or refund you the difference in price, if a discount is applied to that item after your order has been placed. Please see our Delivery and Returns section for details regarding our Returns process.
All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. Items placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
When placing an order you agree that the information that you provide is true and accurate. Should anything change please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
You will be charged at the point your order is placed. A copy of the design can be requested when checking out on the website or it will be sent to you as standard if you have ordered via the facebook page.
Personalised items have an approximate 10 – 14 day turn around from payment to postage.
You will receive confirmation of your order via email once the item has been dispatched. It is at this point a contract of sale between you and us takes place.
There are occasions where we may not be able to accept your order. Examples include:
We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment
The item ordered is out of stock
The item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and has been withdrawn
We believe an order is being placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor.
The person placing the order is not over the age of 18 years.
Payment can be made by PayPal and all well-known debit/ credit cards. When placing the order you confirm that the credit/ debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/ debit card to use it. All credit/ debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery if the card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us.
