Return Policy 

Once an order is place and sent to the machine to be embroidered we can not accept cancellations.  We would accept returns only if we have embroidered any wrong details or if the product is faulty. We do not accept returns if the wrong details have been supplied to us upon ordering. Please contact us if you require anything specific that you can not see on our website.
