Products are shipped via either Royal Mail first class signed for, Parcel Force or Hermes 48hr Courier (once order design has been authorised and made)
Bank Holidays and Sundays are not classed as ‘Next Day’ delivery days

You can return your purchase if the product is faulty. Errors in design are not grounds for refund or exchange as this would have been approved and authorised by you at the design stage. 
Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the delivery charge of returned products unless the item is damaged or faulty. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

We will seek to respond to your email within 3 working days and will confirm the address to return the items to.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us at: sarah@babybundlesgifts.co.uk. Listing your name, order number, the products you wish to return and exchange. We will seek to respond to your email within 3 working days and will confirm the address to return the items to. 
For faulty or damaged products please email us at sarah@babybundlesgifts.co.uk. Listing your name, order number, a description, and where possible a photo of the damaged product. We will seek to respond to your email within 3 working days and will confirm the address to return the items to. 
Any reimbursement will be refunded via the method used by you to pay for the original purchase.
Please note personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
